Here is a brief explanation of the rental process

• The first step is to reserve the booking by sending a down payment of 30%.  The rest of the rent needs to be paid as least one month before the rental.  At the bottom of the page is a link with the booking contract with the cancellation fees and other important information. Please print 2 copies, sign them and send them to me at my address with your payment. I will send one copy back to you.

• A 700 euros check (or equivalent) for the security deposit is required when you arrive.
•  We are not on the premises so Yann Cochez will be your contact on site. She speaks English very well and knows all the local spots. She will greet you when you arrive and collect the keys when you leave.

• She will go through the apartment with you and give you an inventory. She will check the inventory after you leave.

• The apartment is fully equipped, except for linen which is an extra 70 euros, payable upon arrival directly to Yann. If you want maid service during your stay, Yann can provide that for you.

• An extra end cleaning is mandatory (60 Eur) which you can pay upon arrival
  
• There is a TV, DVD and VHS player and a small streetbox for music.
• There is a  DSL WIFI Internet access in the apartment.
